Overview:

Detoxifying is a vital part of any program designed to restore your body to optimum health and vitality, and can be one of the finest tools we have for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The elimination of processed and acid-forming foods leads to reduced stress on the digestive system, allowing the body to focus its resources on healing.  - from The Simply Raw Living Foods Detox Manual by Natasha Kyssa, p. 21.

Everyone needs the opportunity to periodically detox their body to promote a cleaner, higher functioning one. Toxicity symptoms include headaches, exhaustion, joint pain, abnormal body odor and/or breath, excess weight, food allergies, cardiovascular disease, mood swings, powerful food craving, and many others. A strong body and immune system have the ability to resist toxic overload and therefore many diseases that could later plague you.

During this four week Detox Class, participants will actually move through a detox program during the month. Discussions will focus on safe ways to detox, procedures and processes for doing so, and questions or concerns that arise. Please come join our Detox Class!
